Hopefully the temperature will go quite down by end of October and definitely from second half of November when it is really important for the fermentation (8°C optimal for fermentation, around 6°C or below for soutirage/racking from time to time). 	If you come you will be helping with harvesting of the orchards, pressing of apples and basics of cider making. It seems like that the beginning of the season will be quite warm and sunny which is quite nice for the preparations of the orchards and the first passing. Hopefully the temperature will go quite down by end of October and definitely from second half of November when it is really important for the fermentation. 	With Leon we have ~~arrive~~ on 25th of September and started to settle down. The 5x10 Food Hacking Base (fhb) tent is up, big preparation and stove table are done, before the end of the next week we will probably add one nice shelf system and bit of floor. Fridge and most of the appliances are already in and working so for this season the kitchen is quite equipped.		With Leon we have arrived on 25th of September and started to settle down. We have to do cleaning and reorganization of that one, it has bathroom and it is bigger. At the moment it is OK to also sleep outside in the tent, there is plenty of space.
