	with the beginning of the season of the summer sales and processing of the crops we are having less time so we need to be bit brief, happy? 	By the end of April we have bottled with my brother slightly over [[Cjnl_15052025#Bottling\|thousand 75 cl bottles of brut]]. We expect, that it will be dryer and more astringent and bitter, not far from [https://eshop.cidreriejara.com/cidre_brut_assemblage_1_2019/ assemblage 1, millésime 2019], which is my favourite. The cider in Normandie is still waiting for it's distillation, we are having delay but there is nothing what we can do. The season of sale is on, we are still missing people who would be willing and capable of selling our products. If you are interested, please [[Jara\|contact us]]. We are now discussing places for educational training, which of course includes tastings. Second stand is nearly finished so is the second draft system for probiotic beverages and cider. Also the season of processing of crops is starting. First in the line will be as usually [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambucus elder flower], bit for drying but mostly for syrups. We could also try to make [https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosmatice kosmatici]. The honey sparkle of this flavour will be done for sure, we promised it already for April but the season was bit late. The help is wanted, we want to organize community processing, ~~something~~ payed, ~~something exchanged~~, we will find a way. The regions will be Kout na Šumavě, Czech Budweis and maybe Prague but there the ingredient would be from somewhere else because of possible pollution. The season should start next week and last for three weeks depending on the weather. 	~~Ke konci dubna jsme s bratrem zalahvovali lehce přes [[Cjnl_15052025#Bottling\|tisíc lahví cidru brut]]. Předpokládáme~~, že bude sušší a trpko hořký, né nepodobný brutu [https://eshop.cidreriejara.com/cidre_brut_assemblage_1_2019/ assemblage 1, millésime 2019], který je mým oblíbencem. Cidre v Normandii na svou destilaci zatím ještě pořád čeká, máme zpoždění, ale nedá se nic dělat. Sezóna prodeje již běží, schází nám pořád ještě lidé, kteří by byli ochotni a schopni prezentovat a prodávat naše produkty. Pokud máte zájem, tak nám prosím [[~~Jara~~\|~~napište či zavolejte~~]]. ~~Dohadujeme teď termíny a místa pro edukaci a zácvik, který samozřejmě zahrnuje degustace~~. Druhý prodejní stánek je již téměř hotov a taktéž čep pro medovou perlivku a cidre. Také nám začíná sezóna zpracování plodin. První bude již tradičně květ [https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bez_%C4%8Dern%C3%BD černého bezu] a to jak trošku na sušení, tak hlavně na sirupy. Mohli by jsme také zkusit udělat [https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosmatice kosmatici]. Medová perlivka této chuti je jistota, slibovali jsme ji již pro duben, ale ještě nebyla hlavní ingredience. Pomoc je žádána, budeme organizovat seance, něco se bude platit, něco směňovat, nějak to vymyslíme. Regiony budou Kout na Šumavě, ~~Českobudějovicko a možná Praha~~, ~~kde by ale ingredience byla od jinud kvůli možnému znečištění. 	~~Jak si možná pamatujete z minulého občasníku~~, tak jsme se chystali na [https://cider-world.de/en/ciderworld-frankfurt-2/ Cider Worldu ve Frankfurtu]. Akce se podařila, plánujeme z ní udělat krátkou zprávu, ale opět, bude nám to chvilku trvat. Doufáme, že příští rok tam budeme s dalšími českými cidraři prezentovat naše výtvory a snad i soutěžit. Předpokládáme, že bude sušší a trpko hořký, né nepodobný brutu [https://eshop.cidreriejara.com/cidre_brut_assemblage_1_2019/ assemblage 1, millésime 2019], který je mým oblíbencem. Cidre v Normandii na svou destilaci zatím ještě pořád čeká, máme zpoždění, ale nedá se nic dělat.
