	the season of the harvest and the transformation is behind us. It was successful but quite challenging because the amount of apples in Normandie this year was truly extra ordinary. Since end of November the Christmas markets kicked in, so these both activities were overlapping to a degree, which was quite something but we have somehow managed. Now we are about to finish the last Advent markets and then we do the last event of the year, 39c3 in Hamburg.		the season of the harvest and the transformation is behind us. 	We will start the year 2026 by having some off time. We will be available but less than usually. The events will be starting by the end of January or rather during February. During the winter we have to work with cider from the 2025 season and prepare for it's bottling and distillation. Also we need to evaluate, what worked for us during the 2025 season both on business and personal level because they can not be completely separated. Decisions which we will have to make, will have quite fundamental effect on the direction in which this project will develop. For quite a long period of time, for one person, this project is too demanding from the point of view of time, energy investments and high levels of stress. It is necessary to lighten it a bit up. At this moment it is for me, František Apfelbeck, as the main person making it tick, not satisfying and motivating as I would like to. It is too demanding. The last but not least, is like last year for people who would be helping us at the markets with presentation and sale. Priority for us is to fill the position of coordinator/assistant. If you are interested in collaborating, then do not hesitate to contact us! Also if you have ideas about activities or events where we should be, products which may be interesting to make and sell, don't be shy and let us know! 	~~Rok 2025 začne volnem, část ledna a února budeme k zastižení, ale méně~~. ~~Akce se začnou rozbíhat až na konci ledna či spíše během února~~. ~~Přes zimu nás čeká práce se cidrem, příprava na lahvování a destilaci~~. ~~Budeme také hloubkově hodnotit co během roku~~ 2025 ~~fungovalo a co ne a~~ to ~~jak na firemní~~, ~~tak osobní rovině~~. ~~Nedají se od sebe úplně oddělit~~. ~~Budeme dělat poměrně závažná rozhodnutí~~, ~~kterým směrem se bude v budoucnosti náš projekt ubírat~~. ~~Tento projekt je časově, energeticky~~ a ~~co se týče stresu příliž náročný, je třeba jej odlehčit~~. ~~V tuto chvíli mě~~, ~~Františka Apfelbecka~~, ~~jako hlavního aktéra nenaplňuje a nemotivuje tak~~, ~~jak bych si představoval a je v současné podobě příliž zatěžující~~. Zdravíme ve spolek,
sezóna sběru a transformace 2025 je za námi. Byla úspěšná, ale velmi náročná, jablek bylo tento rok v Normandii opravdu extrémně hodně. Od konce listopadu se rozběhly vánoční trhy, obě aktivity se prolnuly dohromady a stálo to opravdu za to, ale nějak jsme to zvládli. Rok 2025 začne volnem, část ledna a února budeme k zastižení, ale méně. Akce se začnou rozbíhat až na konci ledna či spíše během února. Přes zimu nás čeká práce se cidrem, příprava na lahvování a destilaci. Budeme také hloubkově hodnotit co během roku 2025 fungovalo a co ne a to jak na firemní, tak osobní rovině. Nedají se od sebe úplně oddělit. Budeme dělat poměrně závažná rozhodnutí, kterým směrem se bude v budoucnosti náš projekt ubírat. Tento projekt je časově, energeticky a co se týče stresu příliž náročný, je třeba jej odlehčit. V tuto chvíli mě, Františka Apfelbecka, jako hlavního aktéra nenaplňuje a nemotivuje tak, jak bych si představoval a je v současné podobě příliž zatěžující.

Máme snahu rozložit pracovní náplň mezi několik lidí, hledáme spolupracovníky a to v různých sférách.
