Greetings to all,
after the off time during January, which was truly necessary, things are starting to roll. On 31/1 we have started the 2026 sale season at the [https://www.farmarsketrziste.cz/trh/naplavka farmers market at Náplavka] in Prague. You can find more information about events where we will be in the near by future, [https://www.cokoladovy-festival.cz/ ČokoFests], [https://www.trhynakulataku.cz/ farmers market at Kulaťák] [[events_2025|here]]. It seems like, that we will be finally able to offer you our version of "crème de calvados", which is similar to Czech "vaječnák", egg cognac drink, in it's hot version directly at the markets.

Considering our ciders, they ferment well, with luck we will have a good base for the bruts and extra-bruts millésime 2025. We are not sure, when we will be able to bottle. Most likely it is going to be second half of March, rather end or beginning of April. We will let you know in advance, help will be appreciated! For the April news we will prepare the project summary of 2025. What went well, what didn't et cetera. The hope, that till the end of April will be our "base" in Kout na Šumavě officially certified as a house is still alive. This will open the doors for official volunteer stays. With the upcoming season of growing and harvesting it will come very handy.

The main aim is a meeting of the fermentation community in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, this time in the peaceful region of [ https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chr%C3%A1n%C4%9Bn%C3%A1_krajinn%C3%A1_oblast_%C4%8Cesk%C3%BD_les Český Les/Bohemian Forest]. The integral parts are going to be the workshops, presentations and degustations. We hope that we can bring in also some "foreign guests".
