This page is dedicated to the fermentation camp "Kvas 2026", which is quite closely connected to [https://foodhackingbase.org/wiki/Kvas_2017 Kvas 2017] and [https://foodhackingbase.org/wiki/Kvas_2019 Kvas 2019]. The goal is to bring the fermentation community together in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, this time in the peace of the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upper_Palatine_Forest Upper Palatine Forest, Český les]. Workshops, lectures and tastings will be its cornerstones. We believe that we will also be able to "attract" foreign guests. The event is not of a commercial nature, the first year will be based on a voluntary admission fee, no one turned away for the lack of funds. We would like to repeat the event, if possible annually.
