after a long warm summer is coming an autumn rich on harvest of so many things. Our main interest is set on apples, which seems to be quite abundant this time in Normnadie, hopefully not as much as last year, which was super rich. Even in Czech Republic we will have something. How is the weather going to be is an open question, however it is highly unlikely, that it can be worse in Normandie than last year. Not all of you can join us this season, we are understanding there. For you we will have at our events "stormer", fresh fermenting already alcoholic apple juice analogy of [https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vin_bourru "vin bourru"]. If we manage to make dried sliced apples called in Czech "[https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C5%99%C3%AD%C5%BEaly křížaly], we could fascinate you with these but lets see, fingers crossed. For these of you, who will join us during this season we will have much wider selection of course. We would like to highlight that this year we will organize three harvesting trips to Normandie and also probably three within Czech Republic. You will be rewarding yourself with some special and cool experience, profit from bed&board and for Normandie, way there and back sharing our car and of course, there will be some "liquid thanks" for your hard work. Zdravíme ve spolek,
po dlouhém a teplém létě přichází čas podzimu a hojný na sklizně všeho možného. Nás zajímají hlavně jablka a těch bude tento rok v Normandii zřejmě dost, ale snad ne přes příliž, tak jako tomu bylo minulý rok. I v Čechách se něco najde. Jak to bude vypadat s počasím není zatím jisté, ale horší nežli loni to v Normandii asi již být nemůže. Né všichni z Vás se k nám tuto sezónu budou moci přidat, chápeme to. Pro Vás budeme mít na akcích k dispozici "bouřčák", obdobu vinného burčáku (odvozeno od bouřit pro bouřlivý kvas). Zda se nám podaří vysušit křížaly uvidíme, doufáme, že ano, taže i tím by jsme Vás mohli oslnit. Pro ty z Vás co se k nám během sezóny sklizně a transformace připojí bude selekce samozřejmě mnohem bohatší. Rádi bychom zde zdůraznili, že tento rok plánujeme tři sklizňové výlety do Normandie a zřejmě tři v České Republice. Odměnou budou bohaté a barvité zkušnosti, jídlo, pití, nocleh (a cesta do Normandie a zpět společným autem) a samozřejmě nějaká ta tekutí potěšení.
