This page is dedicated to the fermentation camp "Kvas 2026", which is quite closely connected to Kvas 2017 and Kvas 2019. The goal is to bring the fermentation community together in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, this time in the peace of the Upper Palatine Forest, Český les. Workshops, lectures and tastings will be its cornerstones. We believe that we will also be able to "attract" foreign guests. The event is not of a commercial nature, the first year will be based on a voluntary admission fee, no one turned away for the lack of funds. We would like to repeat the event, if possible annually.

V tuto chvíli dáváme dohromady pracovní skupinu, která se bude věnovat organizaci, propagaci a realizaci Kvasu 2026. Vstupné na akci bude dobrovolné. Výstavba na místě začně pravděpodobně v pátek dvacátého čtvrtého července.
