Přesto, hlavně díky naší účasti na Festivalu Fermentací, jsme mohli řadu kvasířek a kvasířů oslovit přímo a pozvat je. Greetings to all, right at this moment, the most important news is, that we have done our bottling. We didn't do all of it but the most important part, the bruts, is done. How it all will develop we are not sure. We have done what we could but the cider was not the most stable this year and bottling was done during a heat wave, which doesn't really help. Some assemblages are suppose to be bruts and some closer to the extra bruts. During autumn we will find out if it will be cause for a celebration or not.
