The time of festivals and events in general is here. With the temperature raising goes up also the consumption of our alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. As usually we are fighting a bit to have enough people for our stands, we will see how it develops, we will not go crazy because of it.

For the ones who would like to enjoy a trip to the countryside of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%8Cesk%C3%BD_les_Protected_Landscape_Area Český Les],  we have openings for the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambucus_nigra elder flower]  harvesting and processing. Our main goal will be to make syrups and first seasonal flavour of honey sparkle.

Pro ty co by si chtěli udělat hezký výlet na venkov v [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%8Cesk%C3%BD_les_Protected_Landscape_Area Českém Lese], je zde možnost výpomoci během sezóny sběru a zpracování květů . Ta by měla v závislosti na počasí vrcholit někdy mezi dvacátým květnem až patnáctým červnem. Jalikož jsme v podhůří, tak můžeme ve vyšších polohách sbírat možná až do konce června, díky Šumavo! Pomocnice a pomocníci budou samozřejmě odměněni.


Poslední novinka je ohledně [[Kvas_2026|Kvasu 2026]]. Jelikož jsme lahvovali, tak toho nepřibylo příliž. Přesto, hlavně díky naší účasti na Festivalu Fermentací, jsme mohli řadu kvasířek a kvasířů oslovit přímo a pozvat je. Pomalu se nám tedy seznam těch, co by chtěli a mohli přijet, rozrůstá.

Greetings to all, right at this moment, the most important news is, that we have done our bottling. We didn't do all of it but the most important part, the bruts, is done. How it all will develop we are not sure. We have done what we could but the cider was not the most stable this year and bottling was done during a heat wave, which doesn't really help. Some assemblages are suppose to be bruts and some closer to the extra bruts. During autumn we will find out if it will be cause for a celebration or not.
