At this moment we are putting together a working group which would help with organization, promotion and in situ realization of Kvas 2026. The entrance to the event will be based on donation at your will no one turned away for the lack of funds. The build up is most likely to start on Friday 24th of June, tear down will start on Sunday 2nd around 14h00 and finish by Monday 3rd evening.

This page is dedicated to the fermentation camp "Kvas 2026", which is quite closely connected to Kvas 2017 and Kvas 2019. The goal is to bring the fermentation community together in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, this time in the peace of the Upper Palatine Forest, Český les. Workshops, lectures and tastings will be its cornerstones. We believe that we will also be able to "attract" foreign guests. The event is not of a commercial nature, the first year will be based on a voluntary admission fee, no one turned away for the lack of funds. We would like to repeat the event, if possible annually.
