Now let me introduce you to another pearl of cider literature, Pommiers à Cidre, variétés de France by J.M. Boré et J. Fleckinger. It is a very detailed catalog of 342 varieties of cider apples. I'm just starting to go through it, we had it at the cider school le Robillar and I think it is a great piece to have in the library when ever some knowledge about cider apples is needed. There is also an English version but when I checked few years ago it was quiet expensive.
