Frantisek Algoldor Apfelbeck, by real name František Apfelbeck and in the online community Algoldor. I'm kvasíř which can be translated in to English as fermentation expert. My main fields of interest and experience are food&beverage ferments, in the past several years I've focused on cider making as my main professional activity which I summarized under name Jara or Cidrerie Jara. I've been active in the fermentation and hacker scenes around the world for some fifteen years or so gathering experience and contacts on the way. I'm one of the co-founding members of Food Hacking Base (fhb), international project focused on food, beverage and bio experimenting and promotion mostly in the hacker scene.
