Greetings to all,
Greetings to all,
right at this moment, the most important news is, that we have done our bottling. We didn't do all of it but the most important part, the bruts, is done. How it all will develop we are not sure. We have done what we could but the cider was not the most stable this year and bottling was done during a heat wave, which doesn't really help. Some assemblages are suppose to be bruts and some closer to the extra bruts. During autumn we will find out if it will be cause for a celebration or not.

Our main goal will be to make syrups and first seasonal flavour of honey sparkle.

We definitely recommend you to pop in at [https://slavnostcideru.cz/ Slavnosti Cideru] at [https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riegrovy_sady Riegrovy Sady] in Prague, 5-7/6/2026. We believe that you will find interesting also the festival [https://www.alliancefrancaise.cz/jiznicechy/festival-bonjour-budejovice-2026/ Bonjour Budějovice] in [https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%8Cesk%C3%A9_Bud%C4%9Bjovice České Budějovice], where we will be on Friday 12th of June.


Pro ty co by si chtěli udělat hezký výlet na venkov v [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%8Cesk%C3%BD_les_Protected_Landscape_Area Českém Lese], je zde možnost výpomoci během sezóny sběru a zpracování květů . Ta by měla v závislosti na počasí vrcholit někdy mezi dvacátým květnem až patnáctým červnem. Jalikož jsme v podhůří, tak můžeme ve vyšších polohách sbírat možná až do konce června, díky Šumavo! Pomocnice a pomocníci budou samozřejmě odměněni.

Poslední novinka je ohledně [[Kvas_2026|Kvasu 2026]]. Jelikož jsme lahvovali, tak toho nepřibylo příliž. Přesto, hlavně díky naší účasti na Festivalu Fermentací, jsme mohli řadu kvasířek a kvasířů oslovit přímo a pozvat je. Pomalu se nám tedy seznam těch, co by chtěli a mohli přijet, rozrůstá.
Last but not least news about [[Kvas_2026|Kvasu 2026]]. Because of the bottling, there is not so much new to share. However, thanks to our participation at the [https://happeningnext.com/event/fermentation-festival-2026-eid1ar6l16do1 Festival of Fermentation] in [https://www.crossclub.cz/en/contact/?secured=1 Cross Club] in Praha Holešovice, we were able to promote and invite variety of fermentation enthusiasts. Lets see if we for example manage Lenka Kubelková from the studio [https://studiocibule.cz/ Studio Cibule/Onion] to participate. The list of people considering coming is getting longer. We have also purchased a book [https://www.fermentarum.cz/zkvaseno-kucharka-na-doma Zkvašeno, kuchařka na doma] with the autographs of [https://www.zkvaseno.cz/autor/zuzkaou Zuzana Ouhrabková] a [https://www.zkvaseno.cz/autor/qwerty Vladimír Sojka], another little tip mostly for the Czech speakers.
